Director Maples Addresses Trump Rally Shooting

RUFUS - Donald Trump was under the protection of the United States Secret Service when a gunman opened fired on Trump while he was speaking to a rally of his supporters. A 20 year old man opened fired at trump grazing his ear, and killing on attendee. Several other attendees were injured in the shooting and now the Secret Service is investigating what happened.

The fact that Trump was struck and Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle has no idea what was going. It is unacceptable and she should be fired. Her willingness to blame others is reprehensible and embarrassing. There is only one person to blame and that is Cheattle. 

It is absolutely disgraceful that a former US president was shot and my office is unbelievably grateful that Donald Trump was not killed. I feel as though, Congress should investigate the Secret Service and the Pennsylvania State Police. My thoughts and prayers continue to be with Trump's Family, The Comperatore family, and the two victims shot at the rally.
